Automatic Screen Printing Equipment for Acrylic Jars and Plastic Jars Tubes

Applications:


The machine is multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine. It is mainly used to print the patterns and words of cylindrical plastic bottle cap, cylindrical glass tube, cylindrical wine bottle cap, tube product, lighter, rubber tube, polywood, lipstick, flat surface and so on. Featuring with easy operation, accuracy positioning, highly automation and fast in printing.

Features:

1. Less tooling, easy operation, low maintenance and high accuracy. Colour to colour register accuracy: +/- 0.1 mm.

2. Controlled by PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable and safe at high speed.

3. According to the characteristics of products , this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as:

Vertical or horizontal infeed and outfeed of article,

Orientation,

Antistatic device,

Flame pre-treatment,

Automatic pre- and main register,

No article no print,

Conventional UV or LED UV curing system, etc.

4. Optional integration of different processing i.e. hot stamping unit, labelling, heat transfer, and varnishing.

5. Screen heating for thermoplastic inks.

6. All components are from German, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and stability of printing.

7. We can customize machine according to the special products.
