ATXL-A type fixed ship unloader is a screw ship unloader with fixed installation, which is fixed on the shore of the wharf and cannot be moved. It is applicable to the seaport wharf with fixed base. Features:
Wear resistance: powdery dry bulk materials are different from other types of materials. Due to the characteristics of high-speed spiral transportation, there is almost no wear on the spiral blades and spiral pipe walls. Only a few parts such as the middle connecting shaft of the spiral conveyor and its accessories have wear resistance requirements. The intermediate shaft of ATXL type screw ship unloader and its accessories are made of high wear-resistant alloy materials with a number of patented technologies and inlaid with cemented carbide particles, with a service life of more than 1 million tons.

High efficiency: efficient special reclaiming device and high-speed spiral are used to continuously lift and transport materials. The height of remaining materials in the cabin is ≤ 250mm, the maximum unloading capacity is 1500 tons/hour, and the average operating efficiency is more than 70%.

Energy saving: Due to the continuity of material transportation of the screw ship unloader, it is easy to realize the whole process closed-loop control and automatic adjustment from the reclaiming end to the discharging end, and always keep the ship unloader in the best working condition. The reactive energy loss is minimized, so that the unit energy consumption is between 0.5-0.7KWH/h, reaching the energy saving level.

Environmental protection: The screw ship unloader has a completely closed conveying system, which will not cause material leakage during operation, and the dust impact is strictly controlled to the minimum, which can meet the port industry and national emission standards. In addition, the dust suppression device can be selected to minimize the flying dust generated in the process of reclaiming.
