BFe10-1-1 Corrosion Resistance Structural PaktongTube For Sea Water Heat Exchanger

1. Description

BFe10-1-1 is a kind of structural iron white copper with less nickel. The addition of Fe and Mn in BFe10-1-1 alloy greatly improves the corrosion resistance of this material.

In clean seawater, the flow rate of the alloy can reach 2.2-2.5% / s. The highest acceptable speed in micro salt liquid is 4 m / s. The alloy can avoid stress corrosion cracking and nickel removal at high temperature. Therefore, the alloy has good corrosion resistance to clean or polluted seawater and river water. So, the tube is widely used in seawater heat exchangers in power plants, desalination plants, petrochemical plants, etc.

The company's brass/copper tube grades mainly include BFe10-1-1, HSn70-1, HSn70-1B, HSn70-1AB, HAl77-2, H68A copper tube, fin tube and U-tube.
