Forged steel rolls are treated with dual frequency heating machine and cold treatment equipment. The whole procedure is computer-controlled so as to provide rolls with a deep hardened layer, high and homogeneous hardness, superior wear ability and sufficient resistance to accident. We produce forged roll for rolling mills, specialized making kinds of steel forging and casting mill roll and back up roll.
Forged mill rolls are the important spare parts in the cold rolling line. As forged mill rolls should bear big rolling force and instantaneous high temperature for welding line, slag inclusion and edge crack, forged mill rolls must have good strength, good wear resistance, heat impact strength, and good fracture toughness.
In order to get best forged raw material, We use electroslag remelting process to keep forged raw material with pure composition. With good forging process and heating treatment, We keep mill rolls with uniform hardness along the body of mill rolls and minimum hardness drop.
We have a series of advanced machining equipment that meet the production needs, including centrifugal machine, intermediate frequency induction furnace, heat treatment furnace, CNC external grinding machine, CNC grinding machine, vertical gantry milling machine, turning lathe, and sawing machine.
