Installation and commissioning

After the equipment is shipped to the user's address, we are responsible for commissioning and delivery at the user's site with their help (We ourselves carry the necessary debugging tools).

Equipment acceptance

Adopting pre-acceptance and final acceptance.After signing the contract, we design and manufacture the equipment strictly according to the technical specifications of the contract. After the manufacture is completed, the user should do pre-acceptance for the equipment according to various indicators in our factory.Both parties will do final acceptance according to the contract standards when installation and commissioning are completed.

Training

After the installation and commissioning are completed,we will train operators,which ensures that operators can master the technical principles,operation, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment.The main training contents are as follows:

1.The structure and principle of equipment;

2.The programming and operation of equipment;

3.Laser processing technology;

4.Troubleshooting methods(including mechanical,electrical,pneumatic parts);

5.Security common sense.

After-sales service

1.If the equipment is damaged under warranty(except human factors and irresistible factors), We will be responsible for repairing for free , and provide replacement parts for free(excluding consumable parts).

2.After the warranty period,We will provide users with preferential technical support services and spare parts supply. We can provide daily consultation and guidance related to equipment,and information on equipment improvement and maintenance technology, as well as spare parts supply services.
