The main processes include pickling, cold rolling, degreasing, annealing, leveling, shearing (cross-cutting, longitudinal cutting), and if the coated plate is produced, there are also plating or coating processes such as electro-tinning, hot-coating tin, hot-coating zinc.
The production process of cold-rolled billet is:
Hot-rolled coils (raw materials) - pickling - cold rolling - degreasing - annealing - skinning - shearing - finished product delivery.
The cold-rolled bad material must go through the continuous pickling unit to remove the scale before rolling, so as to ensure that the surface of the strip is smooth and smooth for cold rolling and subsequent surface treatment.
It can be rolled after pickling, but due to the characteristics of the cold rolling process, it must be annealed to soften the steel after rolling to a certain thickness.
However, during the rolling process, there is lubricating oil on the surface of the strip, and the grease will volatilize in the annealing furnace, and the black spots formed on the surface of the strip by the volatile matter are difficult to remove.
