SCM-3000 15kw Rated Power Large Dimension PE Coated Paper Container Making Machine

Description:

SCM-3000 is a complete one side & two sides PE coated paper bowl production solution. It's from the paper blank pile, bottom punching work from the paper roll, with the bowl side sealing, bottom whirling and brim roll curling.

Standard Equipment:

· complete electrical installation and control cabinet

· infinitely variable drive, gears running in oil bath

· heat sealing device (hot air & ultrasonic) for PE coated paper

· servo-driven bottom-web feed with infinitely variable setting

· bottom punching and drawing device

· reel stand for bottom materials

· automatic counting and nesting device

· vacuum pump

· compressor for air supply to heaters

· complete safety guard enclosure with doors and interlock switches

· tooling for one cup size

SCM-3000 is designed to make on side & two sides PE coated paper barrel for special size food containers.
