Step 1. Raw Material Procurement

Provide a variety of options for metal and plastic materials. Strictly select material suppliers to ensure that the material meets international standards.

• Plastic: POM, PEEK, PC, ABS, nylon and other high-performance engineering plastics.

Step 2. Design and Technical Support

Customers can provide 3D drawings (such as STEP, IGS, STL) or 2D drawings (such as DWG, DXF).

The engineering team provides the following support:

• Manufacturability optimization (DFM) to ensure that the design is suitable for processing.
• Provide sample verification service.

Step 3. Fabrication (CNC Machining Service)

Advanced Equipment: The factory is equipped with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers to support diversified production needs.

Machining Technology:

• CNC Milling: suitable for flat parts and complex curved surface structures.
• CNC Turning: machining of precision rotating parts.
• Compound Machining: complete milling and turning in one clamping to improve efficiency and consistency.

Precision Guarantee: machining tolerance can reach ±0.01mm.

Step 4. Surface Treatment

Provide a variety of surface treatment options to improve part performance and appearance:

• Metal surface treatment: Anodizing, electroplating (nickel, zinc, chromium, etc.), sandblasting, polishing, brushing, heat treatment, etc.
• Plastic surface treatment: Painting, silk screen, laser engraving, electroplating, etc.
• Functional treatment: Special processes such as corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings.

Step 5. Assembly

The factory equipped with multiple assembling lines. Provide parts assembly service. Including screws assembly, welding and other customized assembly requirements.

Step 6. Inspection and Quality Control

ISO9001:2015 certified. Equipped with high-precision inspection equipment (such as three-coordinate measuring machine, projector, roughness meter, etc). We offer inspection QC reports, including inspection results of size, material and surface quality.

Step 7. Packaging and Transportation

Provide professional packaging (such as bubble film, pearl cotton, wooden box, etc.) according to customer needs to ensure safe transportation of parts. Supports international transportation, covering markets such as the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Korea.
