Wired Security Laminated Glass-Wired glass, also named fabric laminated glass, is one of safety glass. fabric laminated glass is formed through a special craft. When the glass is in semi-molten state, machines will compress the glass and wire mesh through metal rollers, and then

wire mesh laminated glass is formed. And the metal mesh materials inlay in the glass could be woven wire drapery, ring mesh

curtain, scale mesh curtain or other metal materials

wired Laminated glass is the process by which two or more layers of glass are bonded together using PVB (polyvinyl butyl) or EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) using heat and pressure. This process can be carried out using annealed or toughened / tempered glass of any thickness to create safety or acoustic glass in large panel sizes.

Glass is nominally 6+6mm glass + fabric and laminate interlayer. Glass can be standard annealed or toughened/tempered, and glass thickness can be increased to achieve required structural and safety specification.

Wired Security Laminated Glass is formed as a sandwich of 2 sheets of glass which are bonded together with PVB interlayer under heat and pressure. It could be two pieces of clear float glass bonded with color PVB, also could be color float glass bonded with clear PVB, the performance almost the same, but the color PVB is cheaper than color float glass, so prefer which type, depends on your requirement.
