Part A. Product Features

  1. Properly and simply designed, widely used;Oil offering system is an energy waste and time waste set in mechanical design. There is no needs for considering the oil-putting set in design when using the solid lubricant bushing.

  2. Use special graphite that has good self-lubricant properties as lubricant to make

    out the self-lubricant so that the bushing has included all of their advantages.

  3. This wear resistance can be brought into play even in places the oil film form into difficulties because of the reciprocating and rocking movement, starting and stopping

Part B . Product Operation

  • The sliding surface becomes black or black gray after operation due to the film of special solid lubricant. This is normal, do not remove film by wiping.
  • Demonstrates superior wear resistance in applications where oil film is seldom
  • When a die is reused after storage for a long time, the sliding surface may have rust. Clean the sliding surface and apply grease to the surface.

Part C. Product Application

  • Demonstrates high performance under high-load and low-speed operations.
  • Self-lubricating bearing with embedded solid lubricant and metal base that conforms to the universally-acknowledged ASTM Standards (C86300).
  • Serviceable without the need for lubrication.
