Part A. Product Features

  1. Being used without oil and self-lubricating. Because of the linear coefficient expansion of the solid lubricant is bigger than that of the metal basement.

  2. Using solidlubricant.inlaid bushing can reduce the costs of the machinery mending and the oil in wide range.

  3. It can save the oil-putting equipment and at the same time it also design the solidlubricant-inlaid bushing into alt kinds of shapes in order to meet various needs in special places.

Part B . Product Operation

  • If products are additionally machined, do not damage the surface. Chamfer corners so that sharp edges or burrs are not present.
  • When a die is reused after storage for a long time, the sliding surface may have rust. Clean the sliding surface and apply grease to the surface.
  • The sliding surface becomes black or black gray after operation due to the film of special solid lubricant. This is normal, do not remove film by wiping.

Part C. Product Application

  • Demonstrates high performance under high-load and low-speed operations.
  • Self-lubricating bearing with embedded solid lubricant and metal base that conforms to the universally-acknowledged ASTM Standards (C86300).
  • Serviceable without the need for lubrication.
