UF850 is backing on 20# steel, sintered with CuSn6Zn6Pb3 bronze powder. It has the same performance with bronze casting bushing, but with lower cost. Comparing with the bronze casting bushing, UF850 has more stable chemical composition and better performance on shaft seizing resistance. It can be used in hydraulic cylinder as guide bush, and the sliding area in construction machine. And fit for other application with high precision and low speed.

TECHNICS DESIGN
UF850 bimetal bearings are widely used in oil lubricating situations. Normally under low speed and oil lubricating situations assemble with grease and work with adding oil periodically, such as suspension, steeping ball joints, brake pedal joints, redirector, connecting rod, slide part punch, etc.
APPLICATION FEATURES
The bearings surface are sintered with CuPbSn10, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, CuSn6Zn6Pb3 or AlSn20Cu. The chemical changes of inner alloy layer can make the bearings work well under various load presses, different working temperatures and sliding speeds.
