Description: The MAX3243EEAI+T is a low-power, high-speed, 3.3 V, ±15 kV ESD-protected, RS-232 transceiver that draws only 0.2 µA of supply current in shutdown mode. This device is designed to allow direct connection to the port pins of a microcontroller or other digital logic devices with TTL/CMOS levels.
