Product Description:

The MAX489ESD+T is a high-speed, low-power, 1-of-8 multiplexer/demultiplexer with a +5V supply voltage. It is designed to switch high-speed differential signals in harsh industrial and automotive environments. The device features an integrated ESD protection diode network, an internal pull-up resistor, and an on-chip thermal shutdown protection. The MAX489ESD+T also features an enable input for easy logic control and a low-voltage logic compatible, differential TTL/CMOS compatible input.
