Overview:

The ATMEGA16A-AUR is a low-power 8-bit microcontroller from the Atmel AVR family. It has 16K bytes of In-System Programmable Flash and 256 bytes of EEPROM. The microcontroller also features two 8-bit Timer/Counters, a 16-bit Timer/Counter, a Real Time Clock (RTC), a Watchdog Timer (WDT), a SPI port, and 6-channel 10-bit ADC. The device operates between 1.8-5.5V and can be programmed and debugged through the JTAG interface.
