TPS54327DDAR

Texas Instruments Triple-Output 3-A Synchronous Step-Down Converter

The TPS54327DDAR is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that can deliver 3A of continuous output current per output. It integrates two independent 200mΩ N-MOSFETs for high efficiency over a wide operating range. The device supports a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and can deliver output voltages as low as 0.6V with an external reference voltage.

The TPS54327DDAR is designed to operate at a fixed frequency of 2.25MHz and offers current mode control for excellent line and load transient response. It also features integrated soft-start, frequency synchronization, and power-good indicator.
