The FOD817 Power Isolator IC is a 3-terminal isolated power switch designed to provide a high level of isolation between the input and output. It utilizes an advanced CMOS structure to provide a low voltage drop, low RDS(ON), and low quiescent current.

- Low RDS(ON): 0.5Ω typ
- Low Quiescent Current: 5μA max
- High Isolation Voltage: 2500Vrms
