The 6N136S-TA1 Power Isolator IC is a low-power, optically-isolated MOSFET driver, designed to provide high-speed and high-accuracy switching in industrial and consumer applications. This device is capable of driving up to 500mA of load current, and provides a high-efficiency power supply isolation of 3000Vrms.
