The LTV-827 is a low-cost power isolation IC designed to provide reliable electrical isolation and circuit protection in a variety of applications. It is a monolithic integrated circuit consisting of an isolated power MOSFET, an isolated control MOSFET and a voltage regulator. This device is capable of providing up to 500V of isolation between the input power supply and the output load, and it can also provide circuit protection from over-voltage, over-current, and reverse polarity conditions.
