The TLP620-4(GB,F) Isolator IC is designed for small electronic devices such as TV sets, DVD players, digital cameras and other consumer electronics. This power isolator IC is capable of providing up to 4A of current and is designed to isolate the input power from the output power. The TLP620-4(GB,F) is equipped with a built-in flyback circuit and integrated high side and low side MOSFETs.
