The TLP785(BL,F) is a high-performance power isolator IC designed to provide galvanic isolation between two circuits. It is an ideal solution for high-speed and high-efficiency digital isolator providing up to 5kVrms isolation voltage. It features high-speed digital isolation with a maximum data rate of 20 Mbps and a typical propagation delay of 10 ns. The TLP785(BL,F) has a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +85 °C.
