Product description:

The TLP291(GB-TP,SE) Power Isolator IC is an optically-coupled isolator containing a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a phototransistor detector on the output side. It is designed for use in switching applications up to 4A and its high speed allows for a wide range of frequency operations. It is also suitable for applications requiring high isolation voltage up to 5 kVrms.
