The 6N136S(TA) Isolator IC is a high speed, low power, optically coupled isolator with a wide operating temperature range. It is designed to provide electrical isolation between two devices, and is capable of transmitting digital signals between the input and output at speeds up to 10 Mbit/s. It is available in an 8-pin DIP package.
