The Texas Instruments LMR14020SQDDARQ1 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, step-down DC-DC converter with integrated FETs. The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and provides a regulated output voltage of 0.6V to 5V. It is capable of delivering up to 20A of continuous output current. The device features automatic power-save mode, adjustable soft-start, and adjustable switching frequency.
