PS450 CBD Oil Extractor / Box Type Manual Top Discharge Centrifuge For Laboratory
Product Description
PS450 is a batch operation extraction equipment, the solid is discharged from top, and liquid is drained at lower part of the machine.

The dry material is put into the bag inside the centrifuge basket, feed in cold ethanol, flood by two directions of rotating, and then use spin for dewatering, and get the mixture of ethanol and CBD oil. The working temperature is very low, around -40~-80℃, to prevent the ethanol from volatilization.

Process Overview
·Operator fills filter bag with milled plant material and places it in the machine.

·The centrifuge is then flooded, and bi-directional agitated for full target compound removal.

·After the wash, the plant material undergoes a medium duty spin dry till high speed spin dry to remove the liquid as much as possible.

·The alcohol wash is then collected to some container for further processing
