Performance Characteristics

1. Dynamic template rapid increase,slow lock,rapid decline in function, mold-shut fast turn slow and exhaust quick turn slow can be adjusted respectively,improve production efficiency.

2. Vulcanization molding product, the oil pump motor to stop working, and have the function of automatic pressure compensation and oil pump when stop delay, oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.

3. Deflated time,deflated time can be set,heating temperature,curing time,easy to operate. It has two kinds of manual, semiautomatic work mode.

4.Set up proper plate vulcanizing machine works:①. transfer mode works;②meet special technological requirements of the rubber.

Our expertise allows us to manufacture hydraulic presses with up to 20 heating and cooling platens for a total of 19 working cavities. The capacity and size of the platen depends on your requirements and can always be suited. We can provide hydraulic presses with a strong press force capacity up to 40,000 kN and large-sized heating platens.
