Safety Device
1) emergency stop button: press the "emergency stop" button, the hydraulic system, including the motor, will stop running. The press is equipped with two emergency stop buttons, one on the operation control panel and the other on the mobile operation table. In any state and situation, press any one of the emergency stop buttons, and the press stops immediately.
2) Two-handed operation button: Press the synchronization time with both hands within 0.5S, if it exceeds, it will be invalid.
3) Hydraulic Support Safety Circuit: In order to prevent the slider from going out of control, a hydraulic double-support safety valve circuit is installed in the lower chamber of the piston main cylinder to ensure safety. The hydraulic interlocking circuit is set to ensure that the upper chamber of the main cylinder can not be pressurized when the supporting safety valve is not opened.
4) The machine is equipped with power supply, work and other indicators.
5) Longitudinal adjustable safety grating protection device is installed on the front of the press with adjustable position and 600 mm protection height.
6) Overload protection: The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety valve, which automatically overflows and discharges oil when the oil pressure exceeds the set value (adjustable), and sends an alarm signal at the control box.
7) Electrical system protection, motor overload protection and short-circuit protection, control circuit short-circuit protection and system alarm function.
8) Touch screen displays all solenoid valves and travel switches for monitoring.
The advantage of ZHENGXI Hydraulic System
1) The hydraulic control system of the equipment is mainly arranged on the right side of the fuselage with neat appearance and convenient maintenance. Hydraulic system is composed of oil tank, hydraulic main control system, pump station, pressure gauge, filter and other accessories. It is mainly connected to the whole hydraulic control system through pipeline.
2) The hydraulic system of this machine mainly adopts the advantages of servo closed-loop control, hydraulic oil temperature control and double support protection control.
3) The fuel tank is arranged on the right side of the fuselage. It is mainly used to supply oil and heat dissipation of hydraulic oil for the driving elements of the whole equipment and to fill the cylinder quickly when the slider goes down rapidly. The oil tank is steel plate welded by mixed gas, which reduces welding slag and is designed as a closed structure. Pickling, passivation and rust-proof treatment are carried out during tank installation. Industrial flour dough is used to clean up again before shipment to ensure that there are no residues and debris on the inner wall. The fuel tank panel is equipped with a return tank to facilitate the recovery of waste oil.
4) The side of the tank is provided with a manhole for cleaning the window cover of the tank to facilitate the cleaning of the tank. The tank passes through a special oil injection hole, and the bottom of the tank is also equipped with magnets to absorb impurities in the oil. The bottom of the tank is slightly inclined and equipped with an oil drain valve. The tank is welded with steel plate. Before assembly, pickling, passivation, rust-proof treatment and leak-proof test should be carried out.
5) The tank is equipped with a level gauge (with temperature display) on the side, which is convenient for observation when refueling.
6) The tank is equipped with an independent oil filter with a filtering accuracy of 10 microns. Equipped with plugging alarm device of filter element of oil filter to remind replacement of filter element. The oil tank is connected with the outside world through the air filter to ensure that the hydraulic oil is not polluted by the outside world. The filtering accuracy of air filter is 20 micron.
7) The main oil pump and servo motor are arranged orderly on the oil tank. The high-pressure pump adopts high-quality high-pressure internal meshing gear pump. The internal meshing gear pump has the advantages of low noise, energy saving, high-pressure stability and small heat output.
8) The main hydraulic control system of the equipment adopts the cartridge integrated valve produced by Shandong Jining Taifeng Company, which is installed on the thickened tank panel and connects the valve parts, instruments and pumps through high-pressure pipelines. The cartridge type integrated valve is characterized by compact structure, sensitive and reliable action, strong anti-pollution ability, small liquid flow resistance, convenient maintenance and long service life. The structure of two-way cartridge valve mainly consists of cartridge parts, control cover plate, pilot control valve and integrated valve block, and slide valve structure.
9) In the hydraulic system of this machine, there are pressure detection points in key parts. Pressure of each part is measured by pressure gauge and pressure sensor. Pressure gauge is directly in the form of pointer system. Pressure sensor is reflected by analog quantity to PLC through touch screen display. The fault of hydraulic press can be quickly diagnosed and the working state of hydraulic press can be monitored through the pressure detection point.
10) The type of hydraulic oil used in this machine system is L-HM46# anti-wear hydraulic oil (Party B provides the first injection).
11) Hydraulic tubing is made of cold rolled seamless steel tube and high pressure hose, which are well-known brands in China. Flange connection is used for large diameter (inner diameter greater than 20 mm). As far as possible, SAE flange connection is used in pipeline connection. For butt welding, the welding effect is good and the oil leakage problem caused by poor welding is effectively solved. The pipeline is fixed with pipe clamps, reasonably arranged and easy to maintain. Long-term vibration or activity of the pipeline all use high-pressure hose for excessive.
12) Servo control and manual pressure valve are used to regulate the pressure of hydraulic cylinder. Normally, the maximum value is adjusted manually as safety value, and the reference value is set automatically by servo control (set value on man-machine interface). The two modes can be switched freely. (Servo-controlled acceleration and deceleration of pressure and flow fluctuation is installed in the system, which can improve the stability of pressure control.) Pressure under servo-controlled mode is set and displayed directly on the touch screen. Pressure display accuracy is 0.1 Mpa, and pressure control accuracy is less than <0.2 Mpa.
13) The top of the tank is equipped with a waste oil collecting device, which is introduced into the collecting hole. A tank chamber is designed at the corner of the tank to collect the waste oil from the storage platform, so as to facilitate regular manual pumping by users.
