2. Servo motor performance introduction
1) Adopt high quality axial model fan having good cooling effect.
2) Double cooling-down design: the combination of air cooling and water cooling, The unique design of water groove in flange is a national invention patent.
3) Interior installation of the magnetic steels is adopted to guarantee that the magnetic steels never be detached when the rotor running in high speed.
4) Low inertial structure design of rotor have the advantage of low heat and impact.
5) Three-core thermal resistance is good for Over-temperature protection of motor.
6) Low loss, high efficiency, good linearity and small torque ripple, energy saving effect is obvious
Double cooling-down effect figure
As shown in the figure, the cold air from the motor rear will become hot as it reach the fore part, due to heat exchange of the motor. And combined with the heat conducted from the pump, the actual temperature of the motor’s fore part will be much higher than that of the rear, service lives of the bearings will thus be shortened
As shown in PICTURE 2, Water cooling design for the fore part of the motor can effectively reduce the temperature of this part, and both the motors and the sealing elements of pumps are protected.
