5. Installation

The installation of the equipment is very simple, which can be installed by general electricians. In consideration of the universality, the heating and fan are not distinguished from single-phase and three-phase, and the wiring can be done according to the instructions on the equipment
5.1) Power off of equipment

5.2) Remove all wires of the original control box: power wire (three-phase four wire), thermocouple wire, fan wire, heating rod wire
5.3) Remove the original control box
5.4) Install the servo driver backplane
5.5) Installing temperature servo driver
5.6) Wire according to the indication: power wire (three-phase four wire), thermocouple wire, fan wire, heating rod wire
5.7) Install the heating zone thermocouple and connect it to the temperature servo driver
5.8) Cover the protection cover of the upper row
5.9) Install the driver upper and lower cover plates
5.10) Power on, driver switch on
