he IC693MDL634’s Input Voltage Range goes from 0 to +30 volts DC, and its input current is of 7 mA (typical) at rated voltage. It functions with an on-state voltage of 11.5 to 30 volts DC and an off-state voltage of 0 to +5 volts DC. Its minimum on-state current is 3.2 mA and has a maximum off-state current of 1.1 mA.

The IC693MDL634 has LED light indicators on top for a convenient display of the ON/OFF status for each of its eight points. This LED block has two horizontal rows with eight green LEDs in each row; the top row, which is labeled A1 through 8 (points 1 through 8) is used by this module. An insert separates the inside and outside surface of the IC693MDL634’s hinged door and is identifiable by a blue-colored left edge, which signals a low-voltage module.

Information on circuit wiring is located on the interior, and identification information can be recorded on the external surface. This module can be installed in any I/O slot of a 5 or 10-slot baseplate in a Series 90-30 PLC system.

The GE Fanuc IC693MDL634 module is an input module with a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. It is manufactured as part of the Series 90-30 product line of Programmable Logic Controllers or PLCs manufactured by the GE Intelligent Platforms/GE Fanuc Company. This module features one group of 8 input points as well as a single common power input terminal.

The configuration of the GE Fanuc IC693MDL634 module allows for the use of both negative and positive logic characteristics. When current goes through the input points, the input status table results in a logic level of 1.
