The Working Process of Double RO System
1. Automatic PLC control: Simens.
2. Touch ScreenL: Kunlun.
3. Raw water pump: provide pressure to quartz sand filter and AC filter.
4. Quartz sand filter(equips Auto. flushing system): get rid of silt, rust. turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, agla, colloid, etc.
5. AC filter(equips Auto. flushing system): adsorb residual chlorine, color, off-flavor and parts of organics.
6. Softener filter(equips Auto. flushing system and regeneration system): remove Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the water, changing hard water to softener water and protecting RO membrane.
6-1. Antiscalant: efficiently prevent the formation of scale, microbial glue and increase the machine's desalinization rate and water production.
