The vacuum-assisted self-priming pump is mainly based on the strong self-priming pump and the open impeller self-priming pump, which adds a vacuum-assisted system. The self-priming pump with the vacuum-assisted system has improved its self-priming performance to a higher level. If the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump adopts a strong self-priming pump product, the self-priming height can reach 9 meters, and the flow rate of this pump can be within 6000m3/h at most. Therefore, the main advantage of this pump is its wide flow range. The main feature of the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump using an open impeller self-priming pump is that the anti-blocking effect is particularly obvious, and there will be no blockage, and the self-priming capacity can reach 9 meters. If the transported liquid contains a lot of debris, it is recommended to use an open impeller vacuum-assisted self-priming pump product. However, the maximum flow rate of this open impeller vacuum-assisted self-priming pump is only 800m3/h. If a larger flow rate is required, it needs to be customized and the production cycle is about 1 month.

Conditions for use of self-priming pumps with vacuum assist system

1. The ambient temperature of the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump should be less than 50°C, and the temperature of the liquid is usually less than 100°C. Special requirements can be customized.

2. The cast iron vacuum-assisted self-priming pump is suitable for conveying liquids with a pH value of 6 to 9, while the stainless steel vacuum-assisted self-priming pump is suitable for conveying liquids with a pH value of 2 to 13.

3. The weight of the liquid used by the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump does not exceed 1240kg/m3. When conveying sewage, the lift in the parameter table is 10% lower than that of the clean water type. Therefore, attention should be paid when selecting the type. If the sewage is conveyed, for example, a lift of 10 meters is required, then it is recommended to use a pump with a lift of 15 meters.

4. The self-priming height of the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump cannot exceed the specified value range.

5. The diameter of suspended particles in the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump is about 20% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter of the vacuum-assisted self-priming pump.
