WQQGP stainless steel ultra-light submersible pump adopts a combination of a new type of ultra-light anti-axial flow submersible sewage pump, a high-speed permanent magnet motor and a permanent magnet motor frequency conversion controller (generally the speed is controlled within 5000 revolutions per minute, the high and low speeds can be adjusted by the frequency converter, and the frequency can be adjusted in the range of 0~167 according to the usage). The internal structure adopts a new type of anti-axial flow submersible sewage pump, the impeller adopts a special anti-axial flow structure, and the water outlet of the pump is connected with a clamp-type quick-install water outlet connector, which can be connected to a universal external fire hose; it has the function of rapid on-site application, which improves the speed and intensity of use.
WQQGP stainless steel ultra-light submersible pumps are equipped with high-speed permanent magnet motors. The starting and stopping are controlled by permanent magnet frequency conversion controllers. In addition, asynchronous motors are also equipped with ordinary frequency conversion controllers to control the starting and stopping, or they can be started directly. The external lines can be connected in the following ways: first, the pumps equipped with high-speed permanent magnet motors must be connected to permanent magnet frequency conversion controllers, and second, the pumps equipped with asynchronous motors can be connected to frequency conversion controllers or started directly.

1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, the density is 1.0~1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 exposed above the liquid surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the operating head range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be specified when ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the pump motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
