Product Overview

ZB3A series colloid pumps - also known as roots pumps, stainless steel rotor pumps, cam pumps, universal conveying pumps, yeast pumps, butterfly pumps, three-leaf pumps, sole pumps, pharmaceutical pumps, hot melt colloid pumps, particle colloid pumps, slag pumps, protein slag pumps, high-concentration slurry pumps, etc., rely on two synchronous counter-rotating rotors to generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the materials to be transported. The two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of abcd; when it runs to position a, only chamber I is filled with medium; when it reaches position b, part of the medium is sealed in chamber B; when it reaches position c, part of the medium is also sealed in chamber A; when it reaches position d, chambers A and B are connected to chamber II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port.

Features

1. All parts in contact with the medium (material) are made of high-quality stainless steel (materials SUS304, AISI316, 316L), which fully meets the hygiene standards.

2. Suitable for conveying high-viscosity, high-concentration and any medium (material) containing particles.

3. Suitable for temperatures from -30 to +200 degrees Celsius.

4. High pressure, suitable for long-distance and high-resistance quantitative conveying.

5. Low speed, generally between 200 rpm and 600 rpm, the material conveyed by it maintains the original quality unchanged and does not cause any physical and chemical reaction.

6. There is no contact between the rotors, no wear and tear after long-term use, stable operation, low noise and high efficiency.
