1. Designed with a vertical structure, this pump boasts identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline. It can be effortlessly integrated into the pipeline like a valve and showcases a compact, streamlined appearance.
Its elegant design offers a minimal footprint, significantly reducing construction costs. Moreover, it can be utilized outdoors when equipped with protective covers.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact, efficient design. The strategic configuration of the pump and motor bearings ensures a balanced setup.
This balance effectively manages the radial and axial loads generated during operation, guaranteeing smooth performance and minimized vibration noise.
3. Featuring advanced shaft seals, either mechanical or combined mechanical seals, with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, this pump is built to handle high temperatures. It includes medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and hard alloy seals.
These durable, wear-resistant seals significantly prolong the service life of the mechanical seals, ensuring reliable performance over time.
4. Installation and maintenance are streamlined; there is no need to dismantle the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to access and extract all rotor components.
