The pump has good anti-cavitation performance, making it suitable for low liquid level evaporators and greatly reducing the investment needed for evaporation plants. Additionally, it is applicable for new evaporators equipped with a heating chamber that has large fluid resistance on the inlet side of the pump, such as the reverse cycle evaporator and dual heating chamber series evaporator.

With the ability to change blade installation angles and rotation speed, the pump has a high efficiency and a wide high-efficiency zone, fulfilling the user's flow and lift requirements and significantly reducing energy consumption.

The slow speed type pump operates smoothly, has light wear on flow-passing parts, long life, and low crystal damage, making it perfect for evaporation and crystallization processes.

The cantilevered rotor design reduces the number of shaft seals by half compared to the double-supported type. It is lightweight, small in size, and easy to maintain.

The pump body center support type has better rotor thermal alignment compared to the pump body foot support type.

The rear door opening structure allows the rotor to be pulled out without dismantling the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body, making maintenance easy and rapid.

The pump uses an advanced shaft seal, either a cartridge mechanical seal with a lifespan of 6-12 months or a new liquid-proof packing seal with a lifespan of 3-6 months.

The elastic pump base or suspended pump design means that an evaporator without expansion joint has reliable heat compensation, reducing the required investment.

The entire pump has high reliability, with a high-strength pump shaft, a large load-bearing capacity bearing, a water-cooling sleeve bearing seat, and material properties that ensure long-term operation of a single pump.
