Description
GW vertical pipeline sewage pump product features:

1. The GW type non-clogging pipeline sewage pump adopts a large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design, which greatly improves the sewage passing capacity and can effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The GW type non-clogging pipeline sewage pump has a reasonable design, a reasonable matching motor, high efficiency and good energy saving effect.
3. The mechanical seal adopts a double-end face series seal, which is made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, with the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, which can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
4. The GW type non-clogging pipeline sewage pump has a compact structure, small size, easy to move, and easy to install. It does not need to build a pump room and can work by submerging in water, which greatly reduces the project cost.
5. The oil chamber of the GW type non-clogging pipeline sewage pump is equipped with an oil-water probe. When the mechanical seal on the water pump side is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, and the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.
6. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the water leakage, leakage, overload and overtemperature of the pump to ensure reliable and safe operation of the pump.
7. The double-rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump, and people do not have to go in and out of the sewage pit for this purpose.
8. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required water level changes, without the need for special personnel to supervise.
9. Ensure that the motor is not overloaded within the use head range.
10. According to the use occasion, the motor can adopt a water jacket type internal circulation cooling system to ensure the safe operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.
11. There are two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different use occasions.

Structure Description:

The inlet and outlet of GW series non-clogging single-stage pipeline sewage pump are on the same horizontal line and have the same specifications. It has a vertical structure, small footprint, and the motor and pump are coaxial. It is equipped with a mounting chassis for easy and stable installation. The impeller adopts a single (double) flow channel and has good passing performance.
