Features

1. The streamline structure of the rotor and the absence of dead points and non-metallic parts in the rotor chamber avoid contamination of the transported material. It is suitable for on-site CIP cleaning and steam sterilization, and fully complies with the requirements of the US FDA and pharmaceutical grade (GMP) standards. It is particularly suitable for conveying foams that are easy to form during the conveying process, as well as conveying high viscosity, concentration and any particle-containing media. The materials conveyed by it maintain their original quality and do not undergo any physical or chemical reactions.

2. It adopts external dynamic and static ring mechanical seal, which can be directly washed by water, is resistant to high pressure, not easy to wear, and has no leakage. It has small volume, large flow rate, high head pressure, and is suitable for long-distance and high-resistance quantitative transportation.

3. The impeller of the three-leaf rotor pump is separated from the transmission gear, and a certain gap is guaranteed between the parts in the pump chamber, so they do not touch each other, are wear-free, have low noise, good reliability, long service life, and save energy and reduce consumption. After configuring the frequency converter, the flow rate can be adjusted at will, and it can be used as a general metering pump.

4. The three-blade rotor pump can transport three-phase mixed materials such as steam, liquid and solid. The viscosity of the medium that can be transported can be as high as 1000000CP and slurry with a solid content of up to 55%. It has a compact structure, easy maintenance, almost no wearing parts, and low operating costs.

1. Three-blade rotor pump, motor + continuously variable transmission; main features: high speed regulation accuracy, wide speed range (speed ratio can be changed arbitrarily between 1:1.4-1:7), continuous operation, smooth operation, stable performance, low noise, large torque, and stepless flow rate adjustment. However, its speed change needs to be adjusted manually, the degree of automation is not high, and the speed regulation must be carried out during operation. The speed regulation handwheel cannot be turned when the machine is stopped. It is not suitable for use in situations where overload or blockage may occur.

2. Three-leaf rotor pump, motor + fixed ratio reducer; main features: strong carrying capacity, high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, simple transmission method, but due to its constant speed ratio, the flow rate is not adjustable.

3. Three-blade rotor pump, variable frequency motor + inverter; main features: large torque, high speed regulation accuracy, smooth operation, stable performance, automatic speed adjustment, ensuring arbitrary control of flow, making up for the low degree of automation of the continuously variable transmission. The disadvantage is that the price of the inverter is relatively high.
