DG Multistage Pump For Boiler Water

D-type single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The liquid temperature does not exceed 80 ℃ . It is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities.

The D pump is mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal:

1. The stator part is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section, guide vanes, etc. Each section is clamped with tension bolts to form a working room ; The suction port of the D-type pump is in the horizontal direction and the outlet is vertically upward.

2. The rotor part mainly includes shaft, impeller, balance disc, sleeve, etc. The shaft is used to transmit power to the impeller; the balance disc is used to balance the axial force; replaceable sleeves are provided at both ends of the shaft to protect the shaft.

3. Bearing parts are divided into two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings: rolling bearings are mainly composed of bearing seats, bearings and bearing covers, and are lubricated with grease; sliding bearings are mainly composed of bearing bodies, bearing covers, bearing bushes, dust covers, oil level gauges, oil slingers, etc., and are lubricated with thin oil.

4. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, which is mainly composed of the sealing function body, packing and retaining ring on the inlet section and the tail cover. The liquid in the chamber plays the role of water seal, water cooling and water lubrication, and the water seal comes from the pressure water in the pump. In addition, the pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the elastic coupling ; starting from the end of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
