DF series multistage centrifugal pump is a single-suction, multi-stage, segmental corrosion-resistant chemical centrifugal pump, suitable for conveying corrosion-resistant liquids without solid particles. The temperature of the conveying medium is -20℃~105℃, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa. There are two types of materials for the flow parts of the pump: cast steel and cast stainless steel. When ordering, the material and sealing type of the pump should be reasonably selected according to the name, concentration, inlet pressure, operating temperature, and corrosion degree of the material. and pump structure.
1. Stator part: It is composed of pump body (water inlet and outlet section, middle section), guide vanes, etc., which are fastened by screws through pull rods, thereby forming a sealed working chamber.
2. Rotor part: It is composed of a shaft, an impeller, a shaft sleeve and a balance disc device. Through the shaft transmission, the impeller is driven to rotate to generate centrifugal force, thereby driving the flow of the medium.
3. Bearing part: It is composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland. The bearing plays the role of supporting the shaft and ensures the normal and stable operation of the shaft.
4. Sealing part: Divided into packing seals and mechanical seals, packing seals are mainly used in occasions where the leakage requirements are not strict or the medium contains solid particles, while mechanical seals are suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive conditions, with strict requirements on leakage In the case of the pump, both seals play a role in sealing the two ends of the pump, preventing the outflow of the medium in the pump, and also ensuring the sealing of the pump.
