The Alcatel-Lucent-LR compatible transceiver provides a high performance and cost-effective solution for 10.3125Gbps (10GBASE-LR) fiber connectivity over single-mode optical cable. It is programmed to be suitable for use with Alcatel-Lucent 10-Gigabit Ethernet Switches, Security gateway appliances and Network Adapters.

The OLSP311XL-CD10 is a Class 1 laser product. It fully complies with the multi-sourcing agreement (MSA) which enables it to work in all MSA compliant platforms. OLSP311XL-CD10 must be operated within the specified temperature and voltage limits. The optical ports of the module shall be terminated with an optical connector or with a dust plug.
