GEEW40ES Thrust Plain Shaft Bearing / Radial Spherical Bearing Manufacturer
Product Description of Spherical Plain Bearing:
1. Material: the inner and outer rings are bearing steel(GCr15).
2. Heat Treatment: the inner and outer rings are quenched and phosphating.
3. Structure: There are oil groove and oil hole in the inner and outer ring.The outer ring has an axial slot. Sealing rings are attached on the both of the sides.
4. The sliding surface coated with MoS2 powder lubricant.
5. Performance Characteristic: It has the advantages of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance,and self aligning . It applies to the machine which requires heavy radial load and axial load in a small-range direction.

• Extended Inner ring eliminating need for locating spacers.
• Sliding surface: Steel on Steel - MoS2 treated.
• Single fracture design.
• Relubricatable through annular grooves and oil holes in inner & outer rings (ES- Suffix)

GEG..E: As Series GE..E, but with wider inner ring and larger outside diameter, for bearing arrangement where a larger angle of tilt is needed, which is suitable for larger loads mechanism.
GEG..ES: As series GE..ES, but wider inner ring and larger diameter, for bearing arrangement where a larger angle if tilt is needed which is suitable for larger loads mechanism.
GEG..ES 2RS: As series GE..ES 2RS, but wider inner ring and larger diameter, for bearing arrangement where a larger angle if tilt is needed which is suitable for larger loads mechanism, or a hole in the rod end. It has characteristics of large load capacity, easy mounting and dismounting and mechanism simplification.
