• Filter cartridge filter, high filtering accuracy

For the filtration system, the filter cylinder type filter is used. Standard polyester fiber oil proof and waterproof material, the filtering accuracy of dust with the equivalent diameter above 3 microns is more than 99%, and higher filtering precision can be selected.

• Special set clean door, no second pollution

DG series basic industrial dust collector needs manual ash cleaning. In order to avoid the dust splashing and secondary pollution caused by manual cleaning of the outer surface of the filter cylinder, we set a dust cleaning door on the back of the machine. The dust cleaning can be achieved by opening the door and spraying the inner surface of the filter cylinder with an air gun.

The negative pressure table is the standard configuration component of the whole machine. It is specially customized by PWC for industrial vacuum cleaners. The green, blue and red corresponds to the negative pressure in each power section of the machine.
