For power system, the three-phase 380V voltage adopts Siemens three-phase asynchronous motor, and is equipped with specially customized aluminum alloy impeller. The design features perfect combination of negative pressure and flow rate, stable operation, low fault rate and low noise, and can work continuously for 24 hours.

• Filter cartridge filter, high filtering accuracy

For the filtration system, the filter cylinder type filter is used. Standard polyester fiber oil proof and waterproof material, the filtering accuracy of dust with the equivalent diameter above 3 microns is more than 99%, and higher filtering precision can be selected.

• Pulse back blowing dust, good effec

The pneumatic pulse blowback system is composed of cylinder, electromagnetic pulse valve, PLC controller and compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected with the compressed air storage tank and the other section is connected with the injection pipe.The valve cover is fitted with an exhaust valve, which is controlled by a pulse controller.
When there is no signal from the pulse control instrument, the pulsed electromagnetic valve begins to work, and each time the spraying and cleaning of ash is completed around 0.1~0.3s, it is this moment that the high-pressure air is ejected and has a good cleaning effect.Air enters the filter cylinder at a high flow rate, causing the filter cylinder to expand dramatically and cause a shock vibration. Dust attached to the filter cylinder is shaken off. The dust absorbed by the filter material surface is shaken off to the dust collector bucket under the action of air flow.
