Protable laser cleaning machine 200w cleaning laser rust removal machine
200W handheld nanosecond pulse fiber laser cleaning system. The equipment adopts the air box design, taking into account the protection and portability. Turn on the power, open the front door to take out the laser head, and select the appropriate cleaning mode to achieve cleaning. The laser head is small and light, and weighs less than 0.5kg. It can be widely used in various handheld cleaning scenarios, and can also be linked with equipment such as manipulators through a quick switching device. The laser beam quality of this equipment is high, which can easily meet various high-precision cleaning needs.

Non-contact cleaning, no cleaning media
Laser cleaning uses a high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned, and removes contaminants from the surface of the workpiece through selective vaporization, ablation, shock waves, and thermal elasticity. There is no cleaning medium in the cleaning process, which can avoid serious substrate damage (particle cleaning), medium residue (chemical cleaning) and other problems in traditional cleaning, and reduce substrate damage to an acceptable range.
Green
The fume and dust generated by laser cleaning can be collected by a dust collector, which is easy to handle, produces no secondary products, and minimizes the impact on the environment.
Diversified operation
Laser cleaning can be divided into hand-held and automatic cleaning. Hand-held cleaning is carried out by operators who carry mobile laser cleaning equipment and hold the laser head for cleaning. Automatic cleaning integrates laser cleaning systems with manipulators, crawling robots, AGVs and other equipment to achieve precise and efficient cleaning.
Can clean many types of contaminants
Whether the substance to be removed is organic, metal, oxide or inorganic non-metal, laser cleaning can remove it. This is an advantage that any other traditional method does not have, making it widely used in the removal of surface dirt, paint, rust, film and other fields.
Low operating cost
Laser cleaning does not use consumables, and the operating cost has advantages compared with traditional methods.
