Senda Hydraulic Shearing blade for cutting rebars are mainly applied to flying sheras in bar millsplant, hot rolling mill plants. flying shear blades are used to cut iron bars, rebars, beams and steel rods for both hot and cold rolling.
Depending on the application, for cold shearing, we often do H13, H13K material for continuous use.
For hot rolling, H13K can handle temperature of 800-900 degree, HMB/HMY can handle max 1100 degree for continue shearing.
