Senda rolling mill plate shear blade are mainly used to cut rolled thick plates, with matching bottom blade. after hot rolling, because the front and rear ends are deformed at that time, the deformed portion is cut with a crop flying shear. Our plate shear blade are going through liquid nitrogen cold treatment ensure the hardness and toughness, and pit type heat-treatment to ensure the quality for plate shear.

High alloy steel: H13,H13K, 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9(LD) for hot billet, with high temperature resistance.

For shearing middle or thick thickness metal plate, we recommend H13K, 6CrW2Si, LD, SKD11 etc material.
