The performance of h63 brass is between H68 and H62, and the price is cheaper than H68. It has good mechanical properties, high strength and plasticity, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well, and has a tendency of corrosion cracking. H63 brass has sufficient mechanical properties, good hot state pressure processing performance and general corrosion resistance. H63 brass is generally used in various shallow punching parts, sugar making and marine pipe fittings, gaskets, etc., mainly in bars. The mechanical properties of h63 change with the increase of zinc content. The increase of zinc content leads to the increase of strength of h63, but the decrease of plasticity.
The physical properties of h63 are related to the zinc content and process elements. In the atmosphere, h63 corrodes very slowly, in fresh water, h63 corrodes very slowly, and in seawater, it may reach 0.1mm/a. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion rate will be accelerated.

size).
Annealing process after plating of JLC (Low cost clad metal) make plating metal and base metal bond strongly by diffusion bonding
structure at the interface between two materials.
