The loose coil annealed steel plate (o.c.a) developed by the United States is a special annealed steel plate made of boiling steel in an atmosphere containing water vapor and hydrogen. As the annealed steel plate in this atmosphere can remove the solid solution and carbide in the steel, the aging sensitivity is suppressed, and the steel plate is further softened. At the same time, due to the growth of recrystallized grains, the components of {111} collective crystal arrangement parallel to the surface of the steel plate increase. According to the research of American Armco Steel Co., Ltd., this is related to improving the plastic deformation anisotropy of steel plates, which improves the stamping formability of steel plates. 84 in recent years, based on the loose coil annealed steel plates, the United annealing method (u.a.d) has been developed. This is to weld several coils of steel plates into one coil and install them in a special annealing furnace for decarburization treatment. Its advantages are lower than the loose coil annealing cost, The steel plates thus treated have been widely used in cold rolled steel plates for drawing.
