Description


Etching method
The etching process, which uses a screen-printed acid-resistant protective film on the surface of stainless steel, is then etched with a ferrous chloride solution to form an artistic pattern.
Colour spraying
The colour spraying method is to spray colour particles after screen printing to form a pear skin-like surface to form an artistic pattern.
Process
The process of spray colour art processing method of stainless steel products is: stainless steel products → screen printing → etching → alkali treatment → screen printing → oxidation colouring → alkali treatment → finished products.
The process of etching art processing method of stainless steel products is: stainless steel products → silk-screening → etching → alkali treatment → oxidation colouring → finished products.
The chemical colouring method of stainless steel, without the use of pigments and dyes, but the stainless steel immersed in a concentrated solution of chromium sulphate with heating, for chemical colouring, which is characterised by good food resistance. The inks used in this processing method have to be very acid resistant and generally use UV vulcanising inks with special properties that are compatible with the treatment process.
